Hi all,

I have finally bought the Blu-ray box of the Star trek movies and
watch the first one last nite. It has an overture and then plays rite
thru until the end credits but was there also an intermission??

Not when I showed it on its first release.

I can also confirm - no intermission on first release.

Bald headed hot chicks. Who needed an intermission?

Thanx folks.

One more question.

Does anyone have these movies in BD and if so do your copies have
Dolby True HD on them or only DD5.1?? My packaging says True HD and
so does the settings menu but when I play the movie my amp just says
DD5.1. I put in another movie and set that to TrueHD just incase my
amp had locked it's self to DD5.1 and it played in TrueHD..

Judging by the language selection at the start I suspect it's a
European release and we may have been screwed again down here in New
Zealand like with the Ben Hur DVD..

I have no idea, but I can confirm that the original had only a matrix
surround release....
