Why are they showing 2001 in digital??? There are many 70mm prints around that could be projected. Sad to see that the films are mostly digital and not as how many of us remember seeing them when first released. Congratulations to the people who at least digitalised the prints for DVD release.Better than nothing,I suppose. Does anyone know when they will be released on dvd, other than TIC & Windjammer which will be released in a couple of months?

What - no Meditteranean Holiday;Song Of Norway or The Great Waltz on the list of films to be shown. They were ,among many others, shown and advertised as being in Cinerama in Europe.

Only the films that Cinerama owns, some with WB.

Song of Norway was shown at the Hollywood Cinerama Dome
in July 1971.

Here is a picture I took at that time:

Well, it was a long time ago. But I think it was
Ektachrome 160. All those "old" pictures were
scanned to digital but I never took the time to
do any clean-up or restoration.

This is another one of the Cinerama Dome, July 1975.

A lot of 70mm films were also advertised as being shown in D150 in Europe despite not being filmed in that medium.
