Most of us have heard about the Opening Night disaster when the Take-up Spool got clogged up due to the slightly greater thickness of the colour film.

My question: Why didn't this problem manifest itself at the special showing(free to the general public) on the morning of 28 September 1952?

Film probably was dipped in a bowl of Viagra after the first test and therefore grew in lenght. Only rasonable explanation to a question like this.
